In this episode of the SaaS Revolution Show, our host Alex Theuma is joined by Alina Vandenberghe, Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Chili Piper, to talk to us about why ‘making it’ is more than just having a great product.

Unless your employees feel the values of your brand internally, they really feel that actually they themselves are taking to align with the brand values, then it’s really impossible to have that brand outside. First, you have to be Chili Piper inside and then Chili Piper outside! That’s why for us the company trip is very important to have alignment and cohesiveness around our employees which otherwise are working remotely and are in front of Zoom screens so it’s a lot harder for them to live those moments with us.

 Alina shares:

  •  Chili Piper’s founding story and the company’s key data point
  • How their marketing has evolved
  • What GTM means for Chili Piper
  • The thing that’s best moved the needle
  • The best advice she’s ever received
  • Her typical daily routine
  • A sneak peek into her SaaStock 2022 topic

and more!
