Unless your employees feel the values of your brand internally, they really feel that actually they themselves are taking to align with the brand values, then it’s really impossible to have that brand outside. First, you have to be Chili Piper inside and then Chili Piper outside! That’s why for us the company trip is very important to have alignment and cohesiveness around our employees which otherwise are working remotely and are in front of Zoom screens so it’s a lot harder for them to live those moments with us.
