In this episode of the SaaS Revolution Show, Barbra Gago (CEO and Founder of Pando) joins SaaStock’s Alex Theuma as a guest on the show to discuss her journey from CMO to Founding CEO.

I think that hiring is one of my superpowers  – I have an amazing team, they’re all really, really good. But I also nurtured people, my head of marketing for example, I brought on in January but I started talking to her a year before. I knew I didn’t need a head of marketing until I raised my seed round, but I wanted her to be my head of marketing and she had another job at the time, so I just nurtured her for an entire year so that when I was ready, she was also ready. I think really building and fostering a strong network of talent around you, and that’s in all different spaces – design, engineering, sales, marketing – is really, really important.

Barbra shares:

  • Business growth over the last 24 months
  • The transition from CMO to Founder
  • Insight into Pando’s seed round with Craft Ventures
  • How to improve employee growth

And more.
