In this episode of the SaaS Revolution Show, Oliver Pinson-Roxburgh (CEO of Bulletproof and Defense.com) joins SaaStock’s Alex Theuma as a guest on the show, to share what it’s like being the CEO of a Service and a SaaS company on their way to $10MM ARR.

Once you get to a certain size organisation, you start to realise that the things you do yourself, the day to day tasks, have an almost immaterial impact in comparison to what you can do if you share and support the organisation – there’s that ‘many hands make light work’ strategy. You’ve always got that thing in your mind “if I do it myself, I’ll do it really well” but the reality is that if you put that to your team then you both support your team and get it done a lot quicker, so it’s a lot more proactive.

Oliver shares:

  • The founding story of Bulletproof and Defense.com
  • Raising capital for the business
  • Key steps that got the company to $8MM
  • How to be a good CEO

And more.
