Huckletree is a big believer in the importance of finding balance. Inspired by a favourite breakout space at its Dublin location, they are bringing a pop up zen garden, which will feature 15-minute yoga sessions throughout the conference. Your yoga teacher is Huckletree D2 General Manager and certified yoga teacher, Aislinn. Join in a 15-minute seated yoga session with. Think a gentle, accessible flow with moves you can take away and tap into whenever you need to at your desk. No kit necessary! Head down and catch a session on Tuesday 16th at 1:00pm, or Wednesday 17th at 10:00am and 1:00pm in the startup meeting zone. And if you are not into yoga, the area is also suitable for relaxed catchups, catching up on emails and even napping.
Meet, drink smoothies, repeat
And while we are on the health subject, make sure you grab a complimentary smoothie from Iconic’s pop-up space, brought by their in-house café, VANDAL Coffee Co. Their pop-up space is for all attendees, speakers and media to network, interview, collaborate and hot desk in true ‘Iconic’ style. While you are at it, make the most of their chill-out zones and stylish meeting corners as well as grab a goodie bag.
Chit chat with investors
And while you are on the subject of meetings, make sure you get some meetings with investors in our deadly investor zone. Don’t just show up though, arrange them on our app. You have two options to do that:
- Use the ‘networking’ feature to swipe right or click to indicate interest in meeting
- Use the ‘more’ section>>select ‘Investors’ which will display a list of all attending Investors. By clicking on their profile you’re able to view their investment interests to see whether or not they invest in businesses like yours. Once you are on their profile, you can also directly request a meeting. Select either startup meeting point or investor meeting point and a time and you’ll be allocated a table. If anything changes, you can chat with your meetee to re-arrange.
