Since 2015 we’ve grown from a blog and the first B2B SaaS podcast, to local meetups, to two global conferences, a thriving membership community and tens of thousands of founders reached. Throughout it all, our goal was clear: giving SaaS founders a place to connect, learn, and grow.
Embedded in the SaaS ecosystem, we’ve helped founders make connections that move their businesses forward. From securing investment, to new partnerships, to prospects turned customers, and friends to share the highs and lows with, it all happens at our events.
In this, our tenth year, it’s time to think even bigger. Powered by better technology, focused on networking with real ROI, and introducing the SaaS industry’s largest meetings programme–SaaStock Europe 2025 will be the event for founders and their teams to find solutions to problems, unlock new opportunities, and scale their businesses further, faster.

This year, we’re making that easier with a brand new one-to-one meetings programme that will facilitate more than 15,000 pre-scheduled onsite introductory meetings.
Powered by the technology behind Shoptalk and Fintech Meetup, this automated experience is the best way to make meaningful connections with the entire SaaStock community.
With Meetup, you can:

Joining the Meetup Programme
Meetup is open to all SaaStock attendees who register by 22 September.
After 22 September, you’ll be able to create a short profile and request meetings with everyone you want to meet. Afterwards, we’ll share all meeting requests and you can opt in to the meeting requests you receive.
Once meetings are accepted, we’ll automatically schedule them and send you calendar invites.
Each attendee can join up to 16 meetings, limited only by availability and mutual interest. All meetings are double opt-in (both people agree to meet each other) and held at 400+ tables in a dedicated meeting space during Meetup hours–scheduled around content sessions, so you don’t need to miss a thing.

Hosted founders and C-suite leaders
This year, we’re holding Hosted Meetings to help you easily find solutions that are right for your business’ challenges.
Here, Founders and C-Suite leaders can apply for a complimentary Hosted SaaS Founder & Operator ticket. This gives you all SaaStock ticket benefits plus up to €400 in hotel/travel reimbursement.
Hosted ticket holders will take up to four, 15-minute onsite Hosted Meetings with participating Sponsors as part of Meetup. It’s your chance to create relevant opportunities and meaningful connections that result in positive outcomes for you and your organisation.
To qualify, your company must have an ARR of €500k or more and you must be responsible for decisions to purchase technologies and other solutions for your organisation. You’ll take up to four (4) 15-minute onsite meetings (called Hosted Meetings) with participating sponsors as part of Meetup.
As a Hosted ticket holder, you’ll also be able to attend other meetings as part of Meetup. Hosted Meetings follow the same opt in process (both parties want to meet each other).

Tabletalks
Tabletalks at SaaStock Europe will be the world’s largest peer-to-peer roundtable programme for the SaaS community.
These 45-minute, interactive sessions are for SaaS Founders, C-Suite and other attendees to discuss topics and challenges, share learnings, and network with peers. It’s a your chance to address issues, explore opportunities, and generate actionable takeaways that will help you scale your business faster.
To participate in Tabletalks, once you have your SaaStock Europe ticket, you can complete a short profile, select the topics you’re interested in, and provide your availability. Our algorithm will create your preliminary Tabletalks schedule, which you simply accept to confirm.
