Below you'll find answers to the questions we get asked the most about attending our online conferences.

1. What time?

October 12 - 15, 1pm - 5pm CEST

 

2. Where do I receive my ticket?

You will be sent an email with a unique magic link.

 

3. What does my SaaStock Ticket entitle me to?

Check out the registration page here to see what your ticket gives you access to.

 

4. How do I use Hopin?

We will send a step-by-step walkthrough video closer to the event day.

 

5. The stage isn’t loading, what do I do?

Refresh, make sure you are using Chrome and close Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.

 

6. Video in the sessions isn’t loading, what do I do?

7. Can I listen to the stage content and go into the other event areas at the same time?

Yes, to watch the stage and go into other event areas simultaneously, click on the “Picture-in-Picture” icon which is located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

 

8. How does the networking area work?

Click ‘ready’ and you’ll be matched up with another person waiting to be matched up. You will have 10 minutes to chat and if you want to swap virtual business cards, click ‘connect’. The other person also has to accept your invitation to connect in order to share details.

 

9. How does the private chat function work?

You can search for people to talk to privately by clicking the people tab on the right-hand side. If someone has messaged you, a small red dot will appear on  an envelope in the top right corner. If you want to have a video chat with one of the attendees, click ‘invite to video call’.

 

10. Where can I see the event agenda?

Look on the reception page on Hopin or on our agenda page.

 

11. How do I find a session I want to attend?

Click on the sessions tab on the left-hand side and search for the session you want in the search bar.

 

12. Why is there nothing happening on the stage?

Go to the event schedule (see reception) to check when the next talk is on.

 

13. Is the event content recorded?

Yes, we will share the videos post-event with All-Access and above ticket holders.

 

14. Why can’t I see the poll results?

In order to see the poll results, you need to participate by answering the question.

 

15. How do I use the event chat?

This is featured throughout the whole event. You can type your messages, press enter to send and everyone will be able to see your message in each event area. There is a separate chat for each stage, event session and each exhibitor booth, you will be able to see the option to switch the chat once you're in one of those areas.

 

16. Can I transfer my ticket to another person during the conference?

You will not be able to transfer the ticket during the conference.

 

17. I bought a ticket and now I can't attend, can I get a refund?

We have a strict no refund policy. You can transfer your ticket to someone else before the conference, please email [email protected].

 

18. Can I resell my ticket?

We do not support the resale of SaaStock Conference tickets.
